Welcome to GeoCollect Pro, a GIS tool developed by Above AS. By using the GeoCollect Pro application («the App»), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the App.
- Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using GeoCollect Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.
- Description of the App GeoCollect Pro is a GIS tool designed to assist users in collecting and managing data in the field.
- Account Creation In order to use GeoCollect Pro, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
- Data Ownership and Privacy All data collected and stored using GeoCollect Pro belongs solely to the account holder. Above AS does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. We respect your privacy, and our privacy policy governs the collection and use of personal information and data. By using GeoCollect Pro, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
- Prohibited Use You agree not to use GeoCollect Pro for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to:a. Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. b. Interfering with or disrupting the App’s functionality or servers. c. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, private data, or the App itself. d. Engaging in any activity that may harm the security, reliability, or integrity of the App.
- Intellectual Property GeoCollect Pro and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Above AS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any portion of the App without explicit written permission from Above AS.
- Modifications to the App Above AS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue GeoCollect Pro at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuance of the App.
- Disclaimer of Warranty GeoCollect Pro is provided on an «as-is» and «as-available» basis. Above AS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App or its features.
- Limitation of Liability Above AS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of GeoCollect Pro or these Terms of Service.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Above AS harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms of Service.
- Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Changes to the Terms of Service Above AS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on the App or communicated to you via email.
